Grand Chute Police Department (27 sworn officers) has recently seen the success that the tip411 tool provides to law enforcement by providing solid leads to nab a wanted suspect.
In speaking with Captain Colette Jaeger, Technical Operations Division Commander of the Grand Chute, WI Police Department, tip411 is credited with solving an armed robbery of a local business.
Grand Chute’s press releases directed residents to utilize the tip411 platform if they knew the identity of the robbery suspect, and that’s exactly what happened. The Grand Chute Police received several tips directing them to possible suspects. These tips led to the arrest of at least one suspect.
The public can submit anonymous tips to Grand Chute Police by texting “TIPGCPD” and the tip information to 847411. The public can also use the Grand Chute PD mobile app, powered by tip411, to view community alerts and submit anonymous tips. The Grand Chute PD app can be downloaded for free at the iTunes and Google Play App Store.
