tip411 Smart Tip Routing

AI Powered Tip Management

Utilizing the latest artificial intelligence technology, tip411’s Smart Tip Routing allows incoming tips to be automatically routed to specific tip411 admin users, based upon the tip’s content.

Based on their assignments, your admin users can be assigned specific “crime categories” in their admin user profile, which will enable our Smart Tip Routing feature to route tips directly to them based upon the crime categories in their profile. For example, a member of your Special Investigations unit could be assisnged any tips with the words “drugs,” “drug dealer,” “cocaine,” etc.

tip411’s AI technology can also be enabled to look for “spam” tips being sent to your agency. The feature will label any tips suspected of spam and label them so they do not clutter your tip411 tip dashboard.
