Delhi Township Police Department released an alert through the tip411 tool asking the public to help identify the individual below suspected of stealing.

Following the release of that public alert, the suspect was positively identified and the authorities were able to quickly apprehend James Rothwell, a 31-year-old man.

He is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on charges of theft and criminal trespass. The arrest stems from an incident at a Kroger store on Delhi Road, where Mr. Rothwell violated a 2023 trespassing order by entering the premises.

The tip411 tool has been proven to close cases, reduce crime, grow community engagement, and identify suspects.
